Scott Davenport, a Providence, Rhode Island native and 1994 law school graduate with an M.B.A., has been practicing law in Houston since 1994, specializing in commercial litigation and personal injury defense for various industries.
Kirsten Davenport, J.D., LL.M
Kirsten Davenport, a Pennsylvania native and Texan since 1978, earned her B.Mus. degree in 1992 and her Juris Doctor in 1995, before specializing in family law, and later representing healthcare and legal professionals in malpractice disputes at Cooper & Scully, P.C., before joining the Davenport Law Firm in 2011.
Darryl Scott – Of Counsel
The Honorable Darryl Scott, a native Texan and head of the Patent and Intellectual Property section at the Davenport Law Firm, holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston and a Doctoral degree from South Texas College of Law Houston; with over 17 years of IT strategy experience, he is registered with the USPTO, licensed in multiple Federal Courts in Texas, and serves as an associate judge and certified mediator.
